Assessment of physical resilience using the TOPSIS-AHP model with an emphasis on housing (a case study of the country's cities)
Resilience is one of the most important issues in today's world due to the occurrence of natural or manmade disasters. The housing resilience process must have the necessary ability to predict accidents and prevent the infliction of life and financial losses on citizens. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive analytical in terms of methodology based on the approach of body structural studies. The purpose of the current research is to evaluate physical resilience against natural disasters with an emphasis on residential units and housing quality against natural disasters. The territory under study is all the cities of the country. In order to achieve the research objectives, selected indicators of material quality and household density in the residential unit were extracted; and a total of 17 indicators. In order to weight the indicators from the AHP model and to evaluate and rank the physical resilience of each of the country's cities, it was analyzed with the help of the TOPSIS decision making model, and Moran's spatial selfcorrelation was used to analyze the pattern of housing resilience indicators, and the GIS environment was used to generate the map.has been results show; that the error coefficient of all indicators is smaller than 0.1.The index of the proportion of residential units with a metal frame of more than 300 meters with a weight of 0.148 has the highest weight among the indices. In the cities of the country, in terms of resilience, the cities located in the center of the country are in an average condition. The spatial analysis of housing resilience generally follows a cluster pattern in the country.are located in a favorable situation and the cities that are on the outskirts of the country are located in an unfavorable situation.
