Futuristic Approach to Changes in the social security organization
The Social Security Organization, as the largest provider of social insurance in the country, is constantly dealing with the internal and external environment. This leads to the provision of social security and the implementation of a long-term and optimal plan. The purpose of this study is to investigate a new sociological study of environmental changes with a future perspective. The present research is based on quantitative-qualitative type, descriptive-analytical method and applied research. The statistical population is managers, experts and clients of the Social Security Organization, which uses the Morgan table to determine the sample size. According to the number of target population, the organization's experts are 13 people, 60 people and the number of clients are 300 people. Delphi method, exploratory and analytical factor procedure are used to analyze the data and David SWOT method is used to determine the way. The statistical tool of the mentioned methods is SPSS software. The results show that in order to provide a new perspective on social security, it is necessary to consider the structural components of the organization in two dimensions outside the organization, which correctly defines its vision in two criteria and the document guide, and in the internal dimension it must address the appropriate payment indicators, safe working conditions, opportunities for growth, individual rights and social responsibility.
