Examining the environmental position from the perspective of Islam and international law
International law has made significant progress and development in this decade, the advancement of technology and the reduction of the sense of responsibility, the reduction of the role of ethics and the uncontrolled economic competition between companies and countries have made it necessary to pay attention to environmental issues. The teachings of the Islamic religion have long been open to attention to the environment, with insight in the verses of the Qur'an, attention to the environment can be well understood in this religion. It can be seen that religious texts and the Holy Quran are trying to protect and preserve the environment and that humans benefit from a safe and healthy environment in order to reach the perfection desired by Islam.
