Investigating the Relationship between High-Performance Work Systems and Innovative Organizational Climate with Organizational Commitment at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy, Nowshahr, in Order to Provide a Suitable Model.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between high-performance work systems and innovative organizational climate with organizational commitment at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy, Nowshahr, in order to provide a suitable model. The descriptive research method is correlation type. The statistical population studied in this research is the employees of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy. In order to estimate the minimum sample size, 200 people were selected by a simple random method from the formula for determining the sample size of Krejcie and Morgan. The measurement tool in this research includes the organizational commitment questionnaire of Allen and Mayer (1996) which has the dimensions of emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment (α = 0.90), and the high performance work systems questionnaire of Demitrios et al. (2016) which has the dimensions Recruitment and selection, training and development, participation in decision-making, performance management, job clarity, work autonomy and job security (α=0.96) and the innovative organizational climate questionnaire of Cho et al. (2010) which has the dimensions of job autonomy, innovative leadership, The support of resources, innovative culture and group cohesion (α = 0.92). The results of multivariate regression method and path analysis using LISREL software showed that high performance work systems and innovative organizational climate on organizational commitment at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy. Training, development, and resource support are the variable dimensions of high-performance work systems and innovative organizational climate, respectively, which have the greatest impact on organizational commitment. The presented model is suitable.
