Qualitative Analysis and Identification of the Professional Meritocracy Elements Of Educational Assistants from Islamic Teachings Perspective
The aim of the present study was to compile the components of professional orthodoxy of foster care assistants based on Islamic teachings by qualitative research method of content analysis. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews. The study population consisted of first grade secondary education assistants in the cities of Bushehr province who participated in the interview using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation rule of 24 deputies. To validate the findings, the participants' feedback method was used, which confirmed the accuracy of data analysis and results, and the extracted concepts were drawn in the form of a network of themes. The results of the study included 109 basic themes, 16 comprehensive themes and 5 organizing themes including cognitive competencies, managerial competencies, behavioral competencies, skill competencies and emotional competencies as a criterion for their selection in accordance with Islamic teachings which are of special importance created. And to validate the findings, the participants' feedback method was used to confirm the accuracy of the data analysis and the results, and the extracted concepts were drawn in the form of a network of themes. Conclusion The statistics of the professional qualifications of educational assistants in the education organization is a criterion for selecting them according to Islamic teachings.
