The knowledge of law has also been affected by this procedure in such a way that the binding nature of the rules governing the real concepts in credit is considered a matter of course, and the laws approved based on it have found a fate similar to jurisprudence. Therefore, it is necessary to first recognize the truth of these concepts; Then jurisprudential inferences based on current principles will be analyzed and scientifically criticized in real concepts. Considering the validity of most jurisprudential and legal concepts, some propositions that are taken for granted can be undermined, and by negating them, results can be achieved that are both more compatible with common sense and lead to more dynamic jurisprudence. No credit concept has a real and self-sufficient relationship with a real concept or another credit concept.
