Designing, compiling and validating a new positive-oriented educational package based on the improvement of professional skills, capabilities and development of teachers' intellectual capital
Positive psychology is the theory and research about the component that makes life worthwhile and improves human strengths and performance. The current study was conducted with the aim of designing, compiling and validating a new positive-oriented educational package based on improving the professional skills and intellectual capital of teachers in 2020-2021 in two general stages. In the first stage, the design and compilation of the new positive-oriented package was done with the method of comparative theme analysis. In the second step, the relative coefficient of content validity (CVR) was calculated to select the most important and correct positive-oriented indicators and the content validity index (CVI) was calculated for the quantity and quality of tools and tasks of the positive-oriented educational package. The results of the CVR review were equal to 0.93, which indicates the selection of the best themes, components and content, and the CVI index is equal to 0.88, which indicates the quality of assignments and assessment tools for the positive-oriented educational package. The new positive-oriented educational package is aimed at discovering positive components, including acquiring positive emotions, positive relationships, fascination, the purpose and meaning of life, achievements and successes, mindfulness, curiosity, courage, resilience, ethics, control and mental health, and Physical health is based on the improvement of professional skills and capabilities and the development of teachers' intellectual capital.
