Shiite jurists, after being deprived of the presence of the Infallibles (AS), increasingly realized the necessity of achieving a valid and revised method in deriving practical branches from the holy texts, and in this regard, established the science of the principles of jurisprudence. However, other religious scholars who saw themselves in the face of opposition and focused their main efforts on the rational defense of the principles of religion and religion did not elaborate on the methodological issues necessary to deduce religious teachings. In order to draw the attention of researchers in the field of humanities to this important issue, Ayatollah Maleki Mianji has studied the method of inferring the religious teachings by explaining his special view on interpretation, firm and similar, and the achievements of the observer. Among these achievements, we can point to the indescribability of God in such a way that he believes in the principle of verbal sharing of divine names and attributes in complete contrast between human attributes and God's attributes. He has denied and considered divine knowledge possible only through introducing God to man in the situations of definition.
