Abstract:
Informing the consumer is the duty of producers and suppliers and the rights of consumers; Because today there are complex goods on the market that the consumer is often unfamiliar with how to use them, and no one except experts can use these goods optimally and predict their risks. . Therefore, they are required to provide technical and specialized information. The jurisprudential principles confirm the necessity of providing information and by relying on it, the wrongdoer can be held responsible. One of these principles is the rule of pride. The research findings show that pride is not limited to the knowledge of the caveman and in any case he is responsible. Because the knowledge or ignorance of a person has no effect on the responsibility that is a situational ruling. A person's silence is a deception on his part. In this way, silence in the deceptive act strengthens the nature of pride; Because by his silence about the dangers and hidden defects of his product, he has caused the uninformed consumer to fall victim to the act and as a result suffer losses.
