The views of contemporary commentators and Quranic scholars on "Women's employment ": An analysis and comparison of views

Women's employment issues in the filed of equal right for men and women have been identified.There are always questions in this filed which has been introduced by explanation and interpretation of Quran verses.This research or library documentation is based on reporting the opinions of contemporary commentators and Quran scholars focusing on the verses of 32 surah Nesa and 33 surah Al ahzab,in addition to analyze and criticiz the opinions.The commentators and Quran scholars are divided into two groups of opponents and supporters in this field.Moreover, proponents of women's employment are divided into two groups, conditional and absolute agreeers. The results of the discussion shows that the absolute proponents consider independence and employment as a natural right of women. Whereas conditional advocates believe that women's priority is home and childcare while having the right to participate in social and economic activities. Moreover, the condition for their presence in society is the observance of hijab and Islamic manners.The opponents believe that women's presence in society is not positive since their employment interferes with their marital and maternal responsibilities.It seems that the interpretations of the conditional proponents, who value the dignity and freedom of women, are more in line with the needs of today's society.
