The approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran in global cooperation based on the Quran

scientific community is the concept of governance. Unfortunately, this concept has also been discussed among the country's experts when it was first proposed in Western countries and then formed among domestic scientists in stages.This concept has a very deep, accurate and ancient history in the religion of Islam and, like many other issues, has been considered by respected academics. The first part that should be considered and interacted in any speech to bring mental concepts closer and semantics is possible is familiarity with the basic concepts of the subject. The purpose of this article is to get acquainted with the basic concepts of governing Iran based on the Quran. A brief look at the international situation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the post-revolutionary period shows that an important part of the country's foreign policy has been focused on regulating relations with international institutions and countering their imposed or discriminatory measures. In the current situation, the International Atomic Energy Agency and the UN Security Council are the most important scenes of Iran's diplomatic actions and efforts. And the political and discriminatory decisions of these institutions are important in the international situation of our country. It is natural that in such an atmosphere, explaining the evolution of the concept of global governance, international institutions and possible scenarios about it, as well as explaining the possible effects of Western global governance on the international position of the Islamic Republic of Iran is of particular importance and necessity. Therefore, in the
