A comparative analysis of the legal foundations of the civil liability of athletes due to the failure to help the injured in sports accidents based on the FIFA law approved in 2019 and considering the sport of football in the legal and juridical systems of Iran and France.

In the field of sports, compliance with professional and ethical behavior is one of the important tasks of athletes, for this reason, the issue of helping the injured as a fair behavior and the resulting civil responsibility is of particular importance in this social field, because the promotion of such current abandonment has harmful consequences in sports communities and consequently in the society, although in the recent legislation of FIFA in 2019 and the single article of the Islamic Penal Code approved 5/3/1354 and Article 62 of the June 1960 amendment of the French Criminal Code, this harmful sports phenomenon is not explicitly stated and The tone of the material is such that there is a waiver of it, but in terms of professional behavior in preventing harm from others and some legal provisions in both the Iranian and French legal systems, it is possible to receive the duty to help the sports injured and the disciplinary, criminal and civil executive guarantee. In this article, with a descriptive, analytical method and an inferential approach, this importance is proved in many legal articles, based on the legal principles of saving the lives of sports injuries from imminent dangers in order to preserve life as the most important human and sports rights, and no exceptions are necessary in this regard. including winning national and international honors.
