The procedure of the United States of America in the soft war against Iran with a human rights approach
Today, the soft war against Iran is pursued by the United States in a multifaceted manner and with different approaches and mechanisms. One of these approaches is human rights. Just as the soft war is done with the aim of political change, the human rights tactic also has a significant relationship with the aim of political change. Considering the importance of the subject, the present research with a descriptive approach and library research method and using authentic documents as a tool seeks to examine the practice of the United States of America in the soft war against Iran with the approach of human rights as the main goal. The findings indicate that the intensity and depth of America's dealings with the countries of the Middle East, more than the security and strategic dimensions, go back to the political, social, cultural-ideological, economic components and in general the identity components of these countries. Accordingly, the security reference in the behavior model based on soft power is the structural levels of the Middle East countries. Because according to the American approach, it is the political, economic, social, cultural and religious structures of these countries that provide a source for the threatening and security-creating forces.
