Identifying the Role of Radio Programs in the Cultural Development of Tehran Citizens In Order To Provide Cultural Strategies

The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the role of radio programs in the cultural development of Tehrani citizens. This research is of applied and mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and in the current research, its qualitative part is considered. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part was made up of 30 elites in the field of media and culture who were selected using targeted sampling. In this research, 9 indicators were extracted through the qualitative method, which are: attitude, tendency, and character, and cultural consumption, personal security of citizens, product, communication, achievement and human power. AHP technique was used to analyze and rank the identified factors. Based on the results, in making radio programs; in the attitudes section, mutual trust has been given the highest priority. In the trends section, the highest priority was the ethics of the national race (patriotism and nationalism), in the morals section, and in making radio programs, responsibility and accountability, and in the cultural consumption section, digital culture was given priority. In the products sector, priority was given to visual and audio products, and in the personal security sector, priority was given to legal justice, and in the communication sector, priority was given to the number of networks. In the achievement section, increasing media literacy has been given the highest priority, and in the human resource improvement section, priority has been given to training and attracting artists.
