The concept of "way" in mystical interpretations before Ibn Arabi

"The path" is one of the important concepts of the Holy Quran, which is used with various terms such as "mustache", "path" and "straat". In Persian, all these words have the meaning of path, but in the Holy Quran and the writings of Sufi commentators, they have differences with each other. The importance of this concept is so much that they have used it a lot in mystical interpretations. In this regard, the present research has explained its examples by examining more than two hundred verses of the Qur''an and referring to the interpretation books of five ancient mystics. Examining the words of the road and their examples and characteristics is one of the topics of interest in the present research. These examples include: the path of guidance and happiness, jihad in the way of God, blame and rebuke, endurance and stability.
