Investigating the role of organizational culture dimensions in the development and improvement of organizational technology

 The present study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational culture dimensions on the development and improvement of organizational technology. The method of the present research is applied and descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population consists of the total number of start-up companies in Iran, which at the time of collecting research data was 2221 companies, and according to Morgan's table, 327 companies were selected as the sample size. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistical methods such as mean calculation and standard deviation were used. Then, in order to predict the development of organizational technology through the dimensions of organizational culture in the study population, stepwise linear regression test was used. The results of this study showed that all variables and dimensions of organizational culture have a positive, direct and relatively high correlation with organizational technology. And the analysis of stepwise regression test also showed that the organizational technology of start-up knowledge-based companies can be predicted by combining all four dimensions of organizational culture. Therefore, recommended that the companies under study, before using a particular type of technology, identify and analyze their organizational culture and use the appropriate technology in accordance with the level of their culture.
