Abstract:
Background and aim

 Nowadays information technology communication (ITC) plays a key role in crime detection process in intelligence and security organizations. The current study seeks to identify the components of ITC on crime detection in organized crimes.

Methodology

 The present paper was applied in terms of purpose, Delphi in terms of method and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. Participants of the study included experts of police force such as criminal investigation department, intelligence organization and cyber police.

Findings

 The findings of the research according the participants' opinions indicate that police detectives and experts have highly tended to use ITC in detection crime process. 

Conclusion

 ITC has a pivotal role in providing competitive advantage and amending criminalities processes in police organizations. Above issue is one of the important resources of the police. Using ITC should be the priority of the law enforcement forces, therefore necessity of the specialized training computer and internet to the officers has stressed.
