Analysis of the relationship between urban quality of life and social class factor in cities(Case study: Districts 1, 6 and 20 of Tehran)
Population growth and urbanization have reduced the quality of life of citizens and created many problems. The aim of this study was to analyze the quality of urban life based on the mental and objective theoretical models of citizens and its relationship with the social class factor. This research is of applied type and is descriptive-analytical. Data collection has been done by both documentary and field methods and in data analysis, various statistical tests have been used, including T test, one-way intragroup and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), and LSD follow-up test. The statistical population of the study is residents of districts 1, 6 and 20 of the city. The results of MANOVA multivariate analysis of variance show that there is a difference in averages between the three groups in the study. Accordingly, the significance level for mental indicators of quality of life was 0.39 and for objective indicators was 0.21 and the researcher's assumption is confirmed. The results of the LSD tracking test indicate that among the mental indicators of quality of life, citizenship rights; Among the objective indicators of quality of life, urban green spaces are significantly higher than other indicators. Other indicators are low. Finally, based on a single sample T test, it was found that there is a difference between the average objective indicators of quality of life and its average value in the first group; There was no significant difference between the second and third groups
