Accountability system in good governance and its relationship with religiosity in the context of coronavirus outbreak (case study of Ardestan governor's staff)

With the widespread and comprehensive spread of the coronavirus, it has been able to affect the way all government agencies serve, so accountability in good governance is one of the important issues that will gain public trust in the current situation, and therefore Religiosity and observance of ethics as an effective component on it and can be examined. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection in the descriptive-survey group. The study population of the Ardestan governor's office staff was 160 people who were randomly selected using the Morgan sampling table, 112 people were selected as the available sample. To collect data, the standard questionnaire of Glock and Stark (1965) in the localized sample and the model used in the study of Sirajzadeh et al. (2005) and the standard questionnaire of organizational accountability of Ramzak (2005) were used. Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the religiosity of governorate staff and professional accountability in critical conditions of the outbreak of coronavirus in confidence conditions of 0.95 (r = 0.223). There is a significant relationship between the religiosity of governorate staff and legal accountability in critical situations of coronavirus outbreak (r = 0.187) (p <0.05). Also, there is a significant relationship between religiosity and organizational accountability (r = 0.315) at the level (p <0.01). But the findings show that there is no significant relationship between religiosity and political accountability (r = 0.141) (p <0.138)
