Pathology of the basic rules of the legal criminal policy of water resources in the governance of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The discourse on the prevention of water-related crimes is not limited to criminal proceedings, and all dimensions, levels and tools of criminal legislative policy must be applied. Iran's current criminal legislative policy in the face of water-related crimes does not fundamentally use specific sciences, and there are conflicting policies that sometimes openly ignore justice.
