Presenting the model of sustainable development in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with the approach of the Iranian Islamic model of progress
The purpose of the current research is to identify the components of the sustainable development model in non-governmental organizations with the approach of the Iranian Islamic model of progress. In terms of the type of data, this research is a mixed type of research (qualitative-quantitative) in which thematic analysis was used in the qualitative phase and survey method was used in the quantitative phase. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part includes experts and managers of non-governmental organizations cooperating with the relief committee. 30 of them were selected as samples. And in the quantitative part, the population of research statistics includes all managers of non-governmental organizations under the supervision of the aid committee, whose number is 258 and the sample size was determined to be 155 according to Cochran's formula. The method of collecting information is interview and questionnaire, the opinions of experts and Cronbach's alpha were used to check the validity and reliability.
