Designing a conceptual mapping of social capital in the context of the judicial system with a text-mining approach
The present study was formed with the aim of presenting the conceptual framework of social capital in relation to the judicial system. The research method was qualitative and was done using systematic review and text mining technique. 74 published texts in English with the keywords social capital, judicial system, social trust, social participation, criminal justice, and norms in relation to the judicial system were examined as a primary sample from 8 scientific databases (between 2010 and 2020). 47 studies were selected by purposive sampling method and their results and findings were analyzed using Python software. The results of the publication process of topics such as crime with a frequency of 953, rights or legality of behaviors and actions with 580 cases, court with 516 cases, judicial system with 449 cases, justice with 203 cases and corruption with 270 cases showed the management and control of incoming cases and conflicting behavior of the society in relation to the judicial system is closely related to the issue of social capital. The findings of the word cloud showed the importance of the components of social relations, networks, links, social trust, social participation, values and norms, and civil society. The recommendation of the research focuses on adopting a process approach regarding the concept of social capital and monitoring the value and normative atmosphere of the society in relation to the judicial system in a contextual manner with the aim of updating social planning in the field of how social capital can be measured.
