Identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting the establishment of the mentoring system in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance

The rule of mentoring system will improve the job performance of managers and accountants in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance. This study was designed and conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting the establishment of the mentoring system in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance. In the qualitative part, in an exploratory mix and by snowball sampling method, 20 experts were interviewed and reached theoretical saturation, then the conceptual model was determined using data analysis method. The statistical population in the quantitative part includes 150 people and the statistical analysis was performed in the environment of Smart PLS software version 3. Content validity index values ​​are all higher than 0.79. By analyzing the text of the interviews, key points were extracted and coded, which finally formed 199 secondary codes, 67 concepts, 22 sub-categories and 6 main categories of the open coding process and the test result for the model fit index of / 323 0. According to experts, the model obtained in this study can be introduced as a suitable model for establishing a mentoring system in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance.
