Theory of speech act and analysis of God's speech

One of the logical propositions is that "God is speaking". The subject of this proposition is God and its predicate is God's speaking. We face with serious problem about interpretation of this predicate that denote to God's speaking also the quality of clarification of God's speech and the circumstance of attribution of speech to him. Since religious linguistic philosophy discusses this kind of affairs. This article wants to study, analyze and make clear the mention proposition on the view of religious linguistic philosophy and extract and present a Quranic and reasonable way for solving the mentioned problem on the bases of Quranic verses and this is an important finding of this article.
