Abstract:

In this article, open innovation is introduced as one of the ways to increase productivity and create profitable partnerships, and its challenges and benefits are examined. In the following, the role of governments in advancing the goals of open innovation and how to policy it will be studied and the relationship between open innovation and new technologies and its role in the relationship between academia and industry will be analyzed.
