Explain the components of fighting corruption and establishing justice by emphasizing the orders of the Supreme Leader in the statement of the second step of the revolution

The concept of justice and how to provide a platform for it in a civil society is one of the most important issues that require reflection and deliberation, as it is considered as a fundamental principle of the foundation of the survival of any government. Establishing justice in the Islamic society, which includes basic security and well-being, along with the economic growth of the Islamic society and providing the grounds for spiritual growth for individual citizens, is a key task for the Islamic society. In our jurisprudence sources, citing the infallible imams and the enlightened verses of the Qur'an regarding justice, many themes can be found. In this regard, the statements of the Supreme Leader for many years revolved around justice and the fight against corruption, an effort to realize this principle as fully as possible in the society. It is always the guiding light of officials and members of the people that no common sense dictates against it. In this research, while explaining the components of the development of justice and the fight against corruption, he drew the intellectual system of His Holiness the Supreme Leader of the Province, and for this reason, it was analyzed with a qualitative approach and by the method of analyzing the content of his words, and a total of 317 primary codes. and 46 central codes and finally 8 main themes, including the factors of the spread of justice, the consequences of the spread of justice, the factors of corruption, the consequences of the spread of corruption, the duties of officials in the axis of fighting corruption, the duties of officials in the axis of seeking justice, solutions to fight corruption and the consequences fight against corruption; identified and explained.
