Abstract:
The frequent issuance of customs licenses in recent years and its increasing trend, especially in the last two years, simultaneously with the withdrawal of the United States from the UN Security Council and the intensification of sanctions against Iran, has caused protests from economic and trade activists. It seems that this procedure of issuing sections has been contrary to the measures taken to facilitate trade and the efforts made to implement the window of the business unit in order to create conditions to facilitate trade. Due to the importance of the subject of this article, it has identified the disruptive areas of trade in customs directives and provided appropriate solutions to improve the disruptive areas of production and trade. This article is of research-applied type and using analytical-descriptive method, while forming a database of customs directives (for the period of 2016 to the first quarter of 1399), the provisions of each directive are examined from different dimensions and the results are analyzed. Was analyzed.
