A comparative study of the foundations and goals of religious management (and leadership)
The problem of management has been the concern of Islamic sources and thinkers since the beginning, but this problem, in the West and after the Renaissance, experienced major changes in terms of foundations, goals and methods.
Among the fundamental issues of management is the issue of its foundations and goals; From the point of view of Islam, the ontological foundations of management are the systematization of creation and monotheism of God, its anthropological foundations are purposefulness, the extent of human existence and free will, and the sociological foundations of management are the special bond between people in society.
In terms of goals, the goals of religious management are obedience, order and coherence of affairs, and from a social point of view, it is to establish justice and installments.
Meanwhile, in terms of foundations and goals, there are deep differences between religious and non-religious views, which we will discuss in detail in the following.
In this research, we have tried to explain the theory of Islam about the foundations and goals of management by using the revelation data using a unified method.
