The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between organizational ethics and organizational justice with organizational silence among teachers in Zaydon region. This descriptive research is applied and correlational. The statistical population of the research includes all the teachers of Zaydon region, 127 of whom were selected as a sample based on Morgan's table by simple random method. In order to collect information, Vendein's Organizational Silence Questionnaire (2003), Niehoff and Moorman's Organizational Justice (1993) and Viktor and Cullen's (1987) Organizational Ethical Atmosphere were used. The content validity of all three questionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts in educational sciences, and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient method for organizational silence, organizational justice and organizational moral atmosphere questionnaires as 0.93, 0.96 and 0.923 respectively.
