Investigating the key success factors of BOT method in financing service projects and presenting an operational model

The purpose of this study is to identify the key success factors of the BOT method in financing the country's service projects and to present an operational model. This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of explanatory nature. The research sample is 220 individuals and legal entities related to carrying out projects in this way. The required information was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire, considering the census method, and analyzed by modeling structural studies. The dependent variable "Success of BOT method" is measured using three indicators and the independent variable "Key factors" is measured through forty-one indicators. The results showed that the key effective factors in order of effectiveness are; Financial, public, market, technical, legal and institutional factors. Finally, by using the obtained results and the extractive operational model, suggestions have been presented in order to remove the existing obstacles and increase the success of applying this approach in the service-oriented sectors, especially in the field of sports in Iran.
