Determining dimensions and components of quality in in-service training in the Iranian army
The main purpose of the current research is to determine the dimensions and components of quality in in-service training in the Iranian Army.
This research is of a descriptive-survey type. In terms of pragmatism paradigm, in terms of qualitative approach with theme analysis strategy and in terms of objective, it is practical that the data of this research is through semi-structured interviews with 13 experts and commanders in It was collected at the end of 2019. The statistical population of this research was formed by all the experts, commanders and employees of the Iranian Armed Forces in the field of education. Based on previous researches, it has been realized. In conducting the interviews, in order to obtain the validity of the interpretations, by using feedback loops and expressing examples related to the questions, the interview was tried to flow in the desired direction.
In this research, to determine the dimensions and quality components of in-service training, the opinions of experts and commanders related to this field were used, and 6 dimensions and influential components were identified.
The dimensions of the program are content, approaches and teaching methods, teaching space, teaching facilities and equipment, schedule, teaching transfer-implementation of learning.
