Estimation of the State of the Power System based on the Placement of Phasor Measurement Units in the Presence of Distributed Generation Sources using the BSOA Algorithm
In recent years, power system estimation is a topic that has been noticed by using Phasor measurement units. Considering the importance of the power system, trying to increase the quality and high reliability of the power delivered to the consumers, measuring the quantities in this system is very important, and on the other hand, these quantities cannot be measured directly, so by estimating the state of these quantities, the behavior of the system can be determined. He modeled the power and applied the necessary changes to improve the above-mentioned items. The simple expression of the problem of state estimation in the system is based on different measurements such as the size of the voltage range of some buses. In general, the goal is to find the voltage values of the buses, loads and output reactive power so that if we put them in (equations of state), they have the smallest possible difference with the measured values. One of the important issues is finding the number of PMUs and their optimal location in the presence of scattered distributed generation. Various methods have been used to optimize and locate the PMU in the power system (30 IEEE buses), which will use the BSOA algorithm and will be compared with the PSO and GA algorithms.
