The dialectical pattern of the transition to regional convergence in West Asia

More than two decades of successful experience of the European Union and its member states. In the face of the problems and challenges ahead and the increase of its power by accumulating power in a transnational institution, it has acted as an important catalyst and incentive to direct other countries and world powers in shaping the process of regional convergence. However, the question is what is the reason for the success of some regions in converging and the futility of the efforts of some other regions in this field? In particular, why do West Asian countries fail to benefit from regional convergence? The research hypothesis is that the success of convergence in West Asia depends on a four-dimensional model that can fill all the gaps and provide the necessary grounds for the transition to convergence among regional actors. The mentioned production model includes all four areas of vision (belief), motivation, structure and environment of actors' actions and by distinguishing between the world of actor's cognition and the world of his motivations and personality traits - which are other psychological components such as feelings, experiences, emotions and .. Also seeks to shed light on both "human-centered" sources influencing human actor's actions, in parallel with the study of environmental and structural components.
