Investigating the factors affecting the presence of Iranian handicrafts in the world exhibitions

Handicrafts are artistic products that are made by hand or simple tools for decorative purposes or use in everyday life. Handicrafts can be considered as applied arts. On the one hand, they have creative artistic elements, and on the other hand, they are produced as a single product or a mass product for individual or social use. Handicrafts of Iran are an important part of the culture of our land and its products account for a significant share of the local economy in the traditional markets of Iran. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the presence of Iranian handicrafts in the world exhibition. This research is a qualitative-statistical research of the type of applied studies. In this research, the desired information has been collected in the field, by survey method and also by conducting interviews with experienced participants in these exhibitions, and it has been analyzed by logical reasoning method and using spss software. The obtained results have indicated that by encouraging, helping and guiding artisans as well as raising the level of their specialized and professional information and considering the existing different cultural fields, by creating recognition in the world trade arena, it is possible to gain a prestigious position in International level achieved. Also, preserving and strengthening handicrafts and its manifestation as one of the main pillars of the cultural life of our country and creating solidarity among handicraftsmen in the whole country can be offered in today's and modern areas and can be a way forward for handicrafts producers.
