Validation of Hadiths, Including Prayer,in Foqaha’s Point of View

Foqaha’s opinion about the Hadithes which include prayers can be classified into two categories: 1. Some of Hadithes including prayer should be validiated according to the rules of Fiqh and be confirmed like the other Hadiths. So some criteria have been presentedto show the accurate or inaccurate Hadith.Therefore some Hadiths are aporcryphal or corrupted. 2. Hadiths which have the criterion of “man balaqah”.This type of Hadiths ignore the mentioned criteria and deficiency of the “Ravii”. This is called the rule of “Tasamoh” which means tolerance. Based on the Based on the rule of Tasamoh and Hadiths which are” man balaqah” if somebody knows the lack of Criterion of Halith, he should red it to the intention of becoming close to Allah (Qorb). The article intends to figure out the various aspects ofvalidiation of the Hadiths which contain prayers by Faqih’s poin of view.
