Need assessment for service-performance project of Kosar daily markets in Isfahan

In the urban spatial, people need facilities and ways to achieve their well-being. Urban decision-making and decision-making structures to achieve effective planning for citizens, taking into account the changes that appear in the new life pattern of people, implement projects for the well-being of citizens and to meet their needs. The research in order to evaluate the needs of Kosar daily markets seeks to achieve the level of realization of the goals of this project according to the needs of the target population. The research method is descriptive and analytical, and The data related to the needs assessment of the target population was analyzed based on the questionnaire and using the SPSS software with the one-sample t-test. According to the findings of the research, although the creation of these chain markets has met the needs of the customers in some economic, social and traffic dimensions, but the most important point that can be pointed out in general is that some goals of creating this market are in conflict with its implementation process. The design of the markets that conflict with the authentic Iranian architectural style and also the damage to the shops and guilds around the market are among the cases that Syria expresses the goals of establishing the Kosar Daily markets with its current state
