Identifying the dimensions, components and indicators of the evaluation model of a military university
The aim of the current research was to identify the dimensions, components and sub-components or indicators of the evaluation model of a military organizational university. The research was developmental in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method. The statistical population includes 32 administrators and faculty members in the field of educational management, higher education management and human resources of the university. The research sample for the structured interview was 12 people from the statistical population of the research who were selected purposefully. The method of collecting information (theoretical and background) was library and the method of collecting field information was through structured interviews. In order to identify the dimensions, components and subsets or indicators of the model, theoretical foundations, background and scientific documents and documents related to the field of evaluation in the organizational dimension and the upstream documents of the university in the form of library and study. The documents were analyzed with deductive and inductive logic and the primary research model was extracted from them. A researcher-made structured interview tool was used to collect data. This tool was approved by 8 experts. To analyze the data and modify and complete the initial model, the interview data was analyzed through the binomial test and based on the findings of this test and after removing the unconfirmed items. it placed. 15 dimensions, 62 components and 121 sub-components or indicators were confirmed as the evaluation model of military organizational university at a significance level of 0.05.
