Investigating the Impact of Social Capital on Organizational Performance by Considering Supply Chain Absorption and Resilience Capacity by Modifying the Role of Marketing Supply Chain Management Adaptation
Generalities and the main research problem:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social capital on organizational performance by adjusting the role of compatibility of marketing supply chain management in the National Iranian Drilling Company.
The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of research method. The statistical population was the administrative staff located in the headquarters of the National Iranian Drilling Company based in Ahvaz. Out of 680 people, 250 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by face and content methods and the reliability was estimated by Cronbach's alpha of 0.929. The hypotheses were tested using the structural equation method in Smart Pls3 software
The effect of social capital on absorption capacity, supply chain resilience, and organizational performance was confirmed. The moderating role of marketing supply chain management compatibility in the relationship between social capital and supply chain resilience was not confirmed.
