Investigate the relationship between law and justice to the concept of justice in the West and the Islam

One of the oldest issues prevalent in the discussions of philosophy of law has been the relationship between law and justice. The study of this relationship has continued since the oldest Western and Islamic writings until the present time, and devoted part of the thinking of western philosophers like Socrates, Plato, Rawls, Nozick and Al-Farabi and contemporary Islamic jurisprudents to itself. In this study focusing on these two issues as well as studying the developmental lines of of these two issues in the thinking of the mentioned scholars along with the viewpoints in Quran lines and sayings, it has been tried to design different models of this relationship and judge them based on Islamic viewpoints.
