The Narrative of Leading professors Teaching and Designing and Explaining Islamic-Iranian model
The purpose of this research is to present an Islamic-Iranian model for teaching based on the teaching narrative of leading professors. The research method is grounded theory. The participants of the research are 33 leading professors in the fields of humanities of Tehran public universities. To analyze the data obtained from semi-structured interviews, open, axial and selective coding along with narrative analysis has been used. To increase the validity of the findings, the method of checking the participants and three strains were used. The findings show that the central category in the teaching of professors is the Islamic and Iranian indicators, beliefs and values that have been formed in them over the years. These factors are formed under the influence of such things as growth environment, modeling the teaching of popular professors, personality traits, using successful national and international teaching experiences, their teaching experiences, passing teaching courses or teacher training courses. Leading professors in their Islamic-Iranian teaching model, which has 5 main parts, seek to motivate, interact and participate, support, grow, consider the student's abilities and conditions and facilities, appropriate and continuous evaluation of themselves and the student in various ways, practical making the topics, curriculum planning and lesson plan appropriate, influencing policies, rules and regulations to support teaching, culture and succession to be able to achieve the best educational results.
