Designing a model for measuring the effectiveness of the master's course in the field of supervision and inspection management
Today, in the higher education system, determining the effectiveness of education and achieving the desired quality of education is one of the main concerns.The purpose of the upcoming research is to identify the dimensions, components and indicators of measuring the effectiveness of the master's course in the field of management, supervision and inspection of Imam Hossein (AS) University.
This research was conducted with a qualitative methodology and applied purpose. The statistical population of the research included all officials, managers and educational experts of the university and its professors. The research sample includes 16 experts from the mentioned community who were selected purposefully. Field method and structured interview tool were used to collect data, and binomial test (Spss and Excel software) was used to analyze the obtained data.
The findings of the research showed that the model designed and presented by the researchers in measuring the effectiveness of the master's course in supervision and inspection management includes 4 dimensions (input, process, output, outcome), 17 components and 82 indicators. is.
The results of this study indicate that this model is a comprehensive and local system that evaluates all the elements involved in the effectiveness of the training course and in case of weakness and drawback , it is suggested to improve and improve the elements for the effectiveness of the course .this will eventually lead to the effectiveness
