Intra-organization factors affecting the suicide of active duty employees of the AJA army and ways to prevent it

The youth of the country are sent to different units of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in order to perform their sacred military service at the most sensitive stage of their lives. In the following, a small number of them commit suicide due to personal, family, social, organizational reasons, which causes the spread of negative publicity and the destruction of the public mind regarding the AJA structure, as well as its deterioration. The type of applied research, the method of conducting causal research and the quantitative/qualitative research approach, the method of analyzing information and data, is qualitative (for the purpose of the research) and quantitative (for the research hypothesis). The statistical population will consist of all the commanders of the military bases in Aja, whose units have had suicides in the last three years. (number of 60 people). The results of the research show that the most important organizational factor effective in the suicide of duty employees is the inattention of the commanders to the problems and mental and physical conditions of the duty employees.
