As crimes become more complex, it is necessary to quickly discover them in order to arrest criminals in order to prevent the repetition of crimes and to achieve the factors that make this happen, so the purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors in crime detection with a preventive approach. is.

In terms of practical purpose, the research is qualitative-quantitative in terms of nature of data and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection method. The statistical population in the qualitative part includes police elites in the fields of crime detection and crime prevention, with the purposeful sampling method and the principle of theoretical saturation, 16 people were selected as a sample and the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The data collected in this section was analyzed by thematic analysis method and using "Max qda" software in the quantitative section of the statistical population of 96 people in total, including detectives and experts with experience in crime detection and prevention. It is a crime, also the tool of data collection was a questionnaire made by the researcher and the data analysis in this section was done using "Imus" software.
