Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence with health behaviors in students of FARHANGIAN University in Semnan. The statistical population of this study was all students of FARHANGIAN University in the academic year of 2016-2017 in Semnan, of which 242 people were selected as the sample by available sampling method. Participants answered the King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008), Shot et al.'s Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1998) and the Health Behavior Questionnaire adapted from the lifestyle self-test (Baburov, 2018). Statistical data were analyzed by simultaneous regression. The results showed that there is a correlation between the components of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence, and the components of personal meaning production and emotional regulation have the ability to predict health behaviors among students. Spiritually among students, health behaviors will also be strengthened in them.
