Explaining the conceptual framework for evaluating spatial-spatial resilience against urban floods and its application in urban planning literature; Case study: Babolsar city1
The indicators for measuring urban spatial-spatial resilience are directly related to the physical and environmental dimensions of the urban system and are related to the main components of the spatial organization of the city. The aim of the current research is to evaluate spatial-spatial resilience against urban floods in Babolsar. The current research is descriptive-analytical in terms of method and practical in terms of purpose. The data collection of the present research was through library and field methods and questionnaire data collection tool. The community of the current research is the experts of Babolsar city related to the issue of urban floods, from among them 30 people were selected as a sample in the form of possible cluster sampling. To analyze the data, average, Kolmogrof- Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk and one-sample t-test were used in SPSS software, as well as AHP and WASPAS techniques. The results indicate that the city of Babolsar is in a relatively good condition in terms of resilience and it is necessary to use the potentials, opportunities and resources available in the city in order to improve spatial-spatial resilience against floods. use.
