Obtaining and Determining The Relationships of The Factors That Make The Victorious Operations of The Holy Defense.

, in this research we identified and determined the relationships (priority) of the factors that make the victorious operations of holy defense has been For this purpose, firstly, with the qualitative analysis approach and using the opinions of 10 experts and researchers, the key success factors of the holy defense index obtained from research backgrounds were examined and adjusted, and 12 factors were selected as effective factors. After presenting the conceptual model and formulating a quantitative questionnaire based on the DEMATEL method and completing the questionnaire by leading experts in this field, the influence and impact of the factors on each other was determined and the factors were prioritized using the DEMATEL method. The prioritization results were categorized into four levels based on the absolute intensity of the effects. The first five priorities of the factors in order to have a greater effect on other factors are: 1) Provincialism and obedience to the commander, 2) Spiritualism, culture of sacrifice and selflessness and courage, 3) Appropriate and integrated training of the forces, 4) Utilization of the youth force, 5) ) initiative and creativity in operations. The analysis of the findings in this research, which was carried out with an innovative approach and the use of Dimatel's exclusive method to determine the pattern of influence and influence of factors on each other, can provide a basis for improving performance and paying more attention to decisive and value-creating factors in various management fields at the national and army levels.
