Understanding the intellectual structure of Covid 19 studies in the field of humanities and social sciences with hierarchical clustering method

This research was done with the aim of identifying and analyzing the intellectual structure of knowledge formed in the field of social studies after the emergence and spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive-applied in nature. The method of the present research is ultra-composite and in practice, while adopting a trans-discipline approach, it has benefited from the hierarchical clustering method and drawing a strategic diagram. Therefore, due to the use of known scientometric tools, it can also be seen as scientometric research. The statistical population of the study was 38,994 articles indexed on the Web of Science website in the leading countries in publishing scientific works from five continents during the period 2019-2021, and a total of 25,548 keywords were analyzed in Bibexel, ucinet, and SPSS software. Examining the content of these studies in three clusters: "Multiple dimensions of crises in the shadow of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis (first cluster)", "Ethics, justice and persuasive participation in society (second cluster)" and "Education and technological infrastructure (third cluster) »Was categorized and registered. The first cluster with high comprehensiveness and breadth is an important and effective cluster. The second and third clusters, as prominent and emerging domains, have high internal correlation and good cohesion; However, none of the clusters have reached the stage of maturity and stability.
