Science and Technology Diplomacy and Political Development in Iran

Today, science and technology are a fundamental principle for countries and societies seek to acquire knowledge in various ways. This research seeks to show that scientific and technological diplomacy is a necessity in development and part of a country's development process is achieved through scientific exchanges. For this purpose, this research seeks to find provable answers and clear implications of the role of scientific and technological diplomacy in development. The statements made in response to this question are: Scientific and technological diplomacy it will eventually lead to development by accepting and exchanging foreign students, international academic cooperation and establishing scientific relations and interaction and cooperation of researchers in the world arena through study opportunities, joint research projects, joint conferences and articles. The data collection method is based on the documentary method, the research strategy is deductive based, and the data analysis method is based on the descriptive-explanatory method and is inspired by a theoretical framework corresponding to scientific and technological diplomacy.
