Approach to rhetoric and fundamental rights

The religion of Islam, due to its knowledge of man and his existential dimensions, has included teachings in its teachings that, due to some negligence, it has not been able to be used as it deserves. ازOne of the rich Islamic sources in the field of law, especially public law, is the blessed book of Nahj al-Balaghah, which by studying it line by line, we will gain deep and profound meanings that can be used for humanity after the Holy Quran and the precious words of Khatam the Prophet (PBUH). Be a huge resource. Public rights and the connection of citizens with the power structure in Nahj al-Balaghah are manifested in such a way that it can be boldly claimed that no Islamic source has dealt with this issue so much from Ghana. In other words, careful consideration is given to the contents of this book, that the combination of morality and government is not impossible. It must be acknowledged that public rights have been of great importance and importance in the view of Imam Ali (as). Hence, in Nahj al-Balaghah, the relationship between the individual and the government has expanded. In this way, many concepts such as individual, government, citizen, ethics, society, etc. are related. The main question in this article is: What is the position and role of the principles of public law in Nahj al-Balaghah? We are looking for the answer in a descriptive-analytical method and based on library and documentary sources.
