This research is a descriptive analytical method and the research tool is a questionnaire which was answered by the statistical community of labor, security and university elites and university professors and experienced researchers and experts and practitioners.The basic purpose of this research was to identify and analyze labor protests and its effect on the formation of labor crises in Hepco and Azarab companies.Crises and social changes have been and will be one of the basic challenges and concerns facing governments.
